HMS Belfast is a museum ship, originally a Royal Navy light cruiser, permanently moored in London on the River Thames. Belfast was initially part of the British naval blockade against Germany. In November 1939, it struck a German mine and took more than two years to undergo extensive repairs. Belfast returned to action in November 1942 with improved firepower, radar equipment, and armour.

The London Eye is a giant Ferris wheel on the South Bank of the River Thames in London. It is also known as the Millennium Wheel. Supported by an A-frame on one side only, unlike the taller Nanchang and Singapore wheels, its operator describes the Eye as "the world's tallest cantilevered observation wheel"

The Shard, which has been known through ages as the Shard of Glass, Shard London Bridge and London Bridge Tower, is a 95-storey skyscraper in Southwark, London. It forms part of the London Bridge Quarter development. With a height of 309.6 metres (1,016 ft), the Shard is the tallest building in the United Kingdom, the fourth-tallest building in Europe and the world’s 105th-tallest building.

Tower Bridge is one of five London bridges and has become an iconic symbol of London. It crosses the River Thames close to the Tower of London. The deck of this bridge is freely accessible to both vehicles and pedestrians, whereas the bridge's twin towers, high-level walkways and Victorian engine rooms form part of the Tower Bridge Exhibition, for which an admission charge is made.

The Tower of London, officially called Her Majesty's Royal Palace and Fortress of the Tower of London, is a historic castle located on the north bank of the River Thames in central London. It is situated within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, separated from the eastern edge of the square mile of the City of London by the open space known as Tower Hill.
